Badge Designer

The Badge Designer feature allows administrators to create multiple badge templates and print cardholder badges. A cardholder's name, picture and custom fields can be easily added, in addition to graphics such as logos or custom backgrounds. Advanced picture cropping capabilities and the ability to export pictures, makes the management of cardholder pictures and the production of badges as efficient and flexible as possible.

Import Tool

The Import Tool helps users efficiently import existing cardholder and credential information into the Synergis database. It can also be used to periodically import data from a third-party database. When re-importing a modified file, it instantly updates any existing information in the database. In addition, it allows automatic picture size reduction so as to minimize the impact on storage of larger photos.

Visitor Management

The Visitor Management feature enables security operators to enroll and manage visitors with maximum efficiency. Visitor check-in and check-out is accomplished through a dedicated screen in SecurityDesk. Visitor check-in consists of entering visitor information, assigning a new or existing credential to the visitor, assigning the visitor to a visitor group, and printing a badge. Visitor check-out is accomplished with the simple click of a button.
