Intelligent Video Analytics for Security Center
AerWatch® extends Genetec Security Center by adding an intelligent analytics layer on top of existing video and security infrastructure.
Customers often have large camera networks and access control systems, but still rely heavily on operators to manually identify incidents, review footage and connect events across different systems. AerWatch® helps automate this process by analysing live and recorded video to detect events, identify patterns and surface relevant alerts for operator review.
The integration allows AerWatch® to work with video streams and security events from Genetec Security Center, apply AI analytics, then return actionable outputs such as alerts, event metadata and review workflows back into the operator environment. This helps customers move from passive video monitoring to active, intelligence led security operations.

Genetec Security Center manages the customer’s video and security operations environment. Cameras and other connected security systems provide live and recorded video into the Security Center. AerWatch® receives relevant video streams and event inputs, applies AI analytics, then generates outputs such as alerts, event metadata, detection results and investigation insights. These outputs can then support operator review and response through the Security Center environment.
