EdgeSentry Integration with Genetec Security Center
The ability to see security network alerts within the Security Center ecosystem is of great value. Now all pertinent network alerts are routed directly to those in charge of the security network, rather than to IT where they may not be seen for hours or days.
The outcome of using EdgeSentry with SC is the potential for service savings and generation of RMR for Genetec Partners by offering a more secure network that is monitored and potentially defended in real time, 24/7. Being able to tie ES alerts directly to camera and access control data in SC as an event can give instant insight into what and why a network issue is occurring. Solution Architecture
