LeasingOS Solution Overview

Real estate teams need efficient ways to assess the performance of their portfolio. LeasingOS, the LeasingOS Platform aggregates this data in real-time, streamlining workplace analytics and portfolio management data.

LeasingOS streamlines the data management process, removing the need for manual exporting, manipulating, and maintaining of data. Instead, it offers real-time occupancy metrics in one centralized view, making it easier for teams to access, analyze, and share information with relevant stakeholder.

LeasingOS reduces the labor and time involved in data management, enabling faster and more informed decision-making. This leads to more informed decisions, better managed spaces, and ultimately, optimized real estate portfolio and operations.

Solution Architecture

Genetec will create a separate user with limited privileges who is given web sdk access. Genetec client who is also a JLL client will now enable Genetec integration in JLL LeasingOS by sending Genetec credentials "username, password and host uri for this new user. JLL will persist the credentials in a secure "credentials database.

A periodic process (NiFi worker in the diagram) will use these credentials to make API requests to the client's Genetec Security Center web server. It will collect badge scan events, cardholder data (name, email) and store them into LeasingOS database.

Another process will run on the data collected in LeasingOS database which converts raw badge scan events into statistical aggregations such as occupancy rate and utilization rate. These are two key metrics rendered in the LeasingOS UI which help our clients get a better understanding of how effectively the workplace is occupied or utilized.
