VARYA RSA driver Solution Overview

The Varya Perimeter system is a unique RFID wireless perimeter fence guarding system. Our driver integrates the Varya Perimeter system into Genetec Security Center.

The VARYA RSA driver communicates with FLU units of the Varya Perimeter system using the SNMP protocol over UDP. Each event generated by an FLU unit is received via a dedicated UDP port and forwarded to the RSA plugin, where it is processed as either a fence intrusion or a general event.

This allows the VARYA Perimeter system to operate as part of the wider Genetec security environment, combining wireless perimeter detection with centralized monitoring, alarm handling and situational awareness.
