Solution Architecture
Triton ULTRA sensors are deployed directly in private spaces (restrooms, locker rooms, dorms) and connect to Security Center through one of two paths, depending on deployment type:
- Security Center on-premises: Triton ULTRA integrates through Genetec's Industrial IoT plugin. Detected events are delivered to the on-prem Security Center server as native alarms, with camera association handled inside Security Center itself.
- Security Center SaaS: Triton ULTRA registers as an ONVIF Profile V device, connecting directly to the cloud-managed Security Center SaaS environment with no additional on-prem infrastructure required.
In addition to events, Triton ULTRA's occupancy data can be added as an RTSP stream within Security Center/SC SaaS, giving operators a live occupancy view alongside their cameras, even in spaces where an actual camera can't be installed.
