This simplifies procurement, accelerates timelines, and ensures compliant access to trusted security technology.

How to get started

	Confirm eligibility to purchase through PEPPM If you need assistance, contact us
	Select a Genetec authorized reseller Follow your organization’s purchasing protocol.
	Locate product and prices on PEPPM.org or through your Genetec authorized reseller Our posted PEPPM prices are for a quantity of 1. Genetec offers a volume discount on ClearID Kiosk Licenses. Please request information from your Genetec authorized reseller.
	Request a quote What measures do they take to inform and support their customers regarding cybersecurity best practices? Are they forthcoming about known vulnerabilities and do they share strategies and fixes for quick remediation?
	Create a purchase order All quotes and purchase orders should state "As per PEPPM Contract Number 548362-093" or "As per PEPPM Contract Number 548722-080."
	Email the completed purchase order to orders@peppm.org Your order will be reviewed and edited by PEPPM staff who may contact you to make necessary corrections. Once corrections are made, your order will then be issued to a Genetec authorized reseller within 24 hours during the business week.
	Once the delivery is made, the deployment is completed, and the solutions are accepted, a Genetec reseller will invoice you through the PEPPM clearinghouse You’ll be able to provide payment to the reseller through the same platform.
