Investigation experience improvements
We’ve made changes that refine how your teams interact with detection data. Clear visual indicators on thumbnails help distinguish easily between people and vehicle detections. The interpreted time range shows under each query, removing ambiguity about what period a search covers. This reduces cognitive load, so operators can review results quickly and confidently.
Natural language search feedback
When operators conduct a natural language search, they now get clearer feedback that explains why the system rejected or invalidated search terms and whether the terms have been substituted. This gives more transparent and accurate results and reduces the time your teams spend troubleshooting why a search didn’t work.
Faster deployment and system management
- Self-service Federation™ setup lets administrators configure federation directly from Security Center SaaS, enabling faster deployment and management of hybrid environments.
- You can now rename systems directly in the system management portal or in Security Center SaaS configurations. This lets you replace reference IDs with clear, meaningful names for faster and more confident review.
Appliances to expand your environment
- The Genetec Cloudlink™ 2210 is an enterprise-grade cloud-managed appliance designed for high-density, mission-critical deployments. It’s available to order starting July 15.
