  • Door integration in calls: Improve the operator’s ability to unlock a door associated with an intercom

  • Support for more devices: Broaden hardware compatibility for flexible deployments

Access and availability

Communications is available now to all Security Center SaaS users, starting with all Axis intercom devices, except for the A8105 and A8004 models.

You can configure supported devices directly in the platform and begin using them immediately for secure two-way communication. As with all Security Center SaaS features, updates and new capabilities will be delivered automatically through the cloud, no manual upgrades required.

This feature isn’t just adding audio to Security Center SaaS. This is redefining what it means to connect, coordinate, and respond in modern security operations, all from the cloud, all in one place.
