Security Center : Formation de l'opérateur mobile
To be translated: In this course students will learn how to use the Genetec's Security Center Mobile app to interact with their Security Center system. After a quick demo on what the product can do, operators will be presented with the basics on how to log on to the app and connect to their system. The primary focus of the app is to be able to view and interact with cameras, doors, and other Security Center entities on a mobile device, which is covered in the next couple of modules. Students also learn about sharing and collaboration within the app, and how to work with alarms and threat levels.

Objectifs
Une fois ce cours terminé avec succès, le participant pourra :
- Se connecter à un système Security Center avec l’application mobile :
- Parcourir la Vue secteur
- Afficher les cartes
- Afficher les caméras, les portes et les appareils de RAPI
- Recevoir et répondre aux alarmes
- Contrôler le PTZ, ajouter des signets, enregistrer des instantanés
- Verrouiller et déverrouiller des portes
- Surveiller les alertes et lectures de RAPI
- Générer des rapports
- Partager de la vidéo avec d'autres utilisateurs
- Utiliser la messagerie intégrée
- Diffuser de la vidéo en temps réel depuis l’appareil mobile vers le serveur
