• Badge Activation
• Sign In Enterprise will allow security badges to be activated with a particular level of access control to visitors who sign in on the visitor management system. The physical access rules that can be associated with a provisioned badge are pre-configured in Genetec Security Center and synced into Sign In Enterprise.
• User Controls
• Different users may have different levels of permissions when it comes to assigning physical access control rules to visitors. Administrators in Sign In Enterprise will be able to control which user groups are allowed to assign which physical access rules, ensuring a high level of security.
• Badge De-Activation
• When a visitor signs out, the badge they were assigned will be automatically de-provisioned. Alternatively, a user on the web view of the Guestbook can mark a badge as returned which also de-provisions the badge. Visitors that have returned a badge are eligible to be provisioned a new badge if desired.
