How to get started

	Register as an TX DIR Partners member Membership is fast and free. If you need assistance, contact Jeanne Smith, Genetec Contracts Manager (jsmith@genetec.com).
	Select and contact an accredited channel partner Follow your organization’s purchasing protocol.
	Identify yourself to Genetec and your preferred accredited channel partner as a TX DIR member
	Request a quote
	Create a purchase order Clearly indicate that you intend to use the Genetec TX DIR contract and include TX DIR Partners contract number R250204.
	Email the completed purchase order and vendor quote to your accredited channel partner Copy Jeanne Smith (jsmith@genetec.com), TX DIR contract manager, on the email.
	Your accredited channel partner processes the order, delivers the goods to you, and manages your deployment. You’ll submit payment to your accredited channel partner according to your agreement with them.
