Security Center Mobile operator training
In this course students will learn how to use the Genetec's Security Center Mobile app to interact with their Security Center system. After a quick demo on what the product can do, operators will be presented with the basics on how to log on to the app and connect to their system. The primary focus of the app is to be able to view and interact with cameras, doors, and other Security Center entities on a mobile device, which is covered in the next couple of modules. Students also learn about sharing and collaboration within the app, and how to work with alarms and threat levels.

Objectives
Upon successful completion of this course the participant will be able to:
- Logon to a Security Center system using the mobile app:
- Navigate the Area view
- Display maps
- Display cameras, doors and LPR devices
- Receive and respond to alarms
- Control PTZ’s, add bookmarks, save snapshots
- Lock and unlock doors
- Monitor LPR reads and hits
- Generate reports
- Share footage with other users
- Use built-in messaging
- Stream live video from mobile device, back to server
