Sipelia™ Administrator Certification Training
This course provides technical training on the deployment and setup in the Sipelia voice-over-IP module of Security Center. After discussing basic telephony architecture, participants learn how to setup the Sipelia server,configuring SIP accounts, adding SIP intercoms and other SIP endpoints, configure trunks and dial plans,call management and call reports.

Any base-level Security Center Technical course + Sip Basics and Sipelia operator training (SC-OTC-001, SC-STC-001, SC-AFC-001, SC-AFS-001, SC-AMP-001)

Objectives
Upon successful completion of this course the participant will be able to:
- Installing Sipelia™ 2.14 communication solution on to an existing Security Center system.
- Setup and configure Sipelia™ 2.14
- Install IP intercom hardware to be managed by Sipelia™ server
- Install softphone PC software to be managed by Sipelia™
- Configure Security Desk applications as SIP endpoints in the larger system
- Manage audio and video calls between the different SIP endpoints
- Associate intercoms with other Security Center entities (doors, camera)

- Overview and setup of Sipelia in the GSC Mobile app
- Overview and setup of Sipelia in the Genetec WebApp
